Keith Schuman, ESQ. Keith A. Schuman, Esq.

Keith Schuman is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and Cornell University Law School. He has extensive experience in transactional real estate work.

Keith specializes in the purchase and sale of condominium and cooperative apartments and single-family homes and represents real estate developers, owners, operators, purchasers, and sellers of commercial and residential properties. He also represents landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions, borrowers and lending institutions in commercial and residential financings, boards of cooperative and condominium buildings, and sponsors in the development of residential cooperatives and condominiums.

Keith is the author of A Guide to Purchasing a Home in New York, a complete and concise overview of the home buying process and has written many articles on real estate matters. Keith developed the Schuman & Associates Lecture Series and is a frequent guest lecturer for New York real estate brokers.

Keith Schuman is a New York State Certified Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor.  In addition to the Lecture Series, Keith also offers New Agent Training.

Steven Altmann, ESQ. Steven M. Altmann, Esq.

Steven M. Altmann is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and New England Law | Boston. He works primarily with the representation of buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions in the NYC Metro area. He is admitted to practice in New York.

The scope of Stevenís representation of buyers and sellers includes contract drafting, contract negotiation, due diligence, title review, survey review, assistance with financing documents and representation at closing.

Steven also has experience representing major lending institutions involved in purchasing and refinancing residential and commercial properties.

Mariya Gurevich, ESQ. Mariya Gurevich,Esq.

Mariya Gurevich, Esq., is a graduate of Hunter College, CUNY, and the New York Law School. Besides having general real estate experience, Mariya has provided legal counsel to cooperative boards and HDFC buildings. In addition, Mariya has extensive real estate litigation experience, including summary non-payment and holdover proceedings, as well as general commercial and Surrogate's Court litigation.

Mariya assists purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, from performing due diligence, to drafting and negotiating contracts, to representation of clients at closing.

Mariya is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish.
