Keith has more than four decades of experience in transactional real estate, and specializes in the purchase and sale of condominium and cooperative apartments, single and multi-family homes, and commercial properties. He has represented developers, owners, operators, purchasers, and sellers of industrial, retail, and residential properties throughout the United States. He also has represented landlords and tenants in commercial and residential lease transactions, borrowers and lending institutions for commercial and residential loans, co-op and condominium boards, and sponsors in the development of residential cooperatives and condominiums. Keith is particularly sensitive to the needs of first-time buyers and has extensive experience representing foreign investors.

With over 20 years of experience, Jonathan focuses on representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate including condominiums, cooperatives, town-houses and single-family homes. In addition, Jonathan has represented real estate developers, institutional lenders, commercial landlords and tenants. Equally adept representing first-time buyers and real estate professionals, Jonathan is always happy to answer his clients’ questions or evaluate complex real estate issues. Jonathan is admitted to practice law in New York State and Connecticut.

Mariya assists purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, which includes performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and representing clients at closing. In addition, Mariya provides legal counsel to cooperative boards and HDFC buildings. Mariya also has extensive real estate litigation experience, including summary non-payment and holdover proceedings, as well as general commercial and Surrogate’s Court litigation. Mariya is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish.
